Refund Policy

‘istudyexams.com’ promoted by Tektranz Innovations Private Limited, is a trustworthy platform. We maintain transparency in our product offerings. In the event the subscriber decides to cancel the subscription, they can do so. This policy is effective from 20th July 2024. Subscriber is requested to let us know the reason for cancellation of subscription through email.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription (Plan for which the payment is made) can be cancelled if a request is received by email within 48 hours of placing the order. No Refund will be provided after 48 hrs from the time of ordering. We do not have a trial period for any of our product / course.

Refund Process / Terms

• Customer Obligation: To cancel the order you can send an email within 24 hrs at contact@istudyexams.com. You are requested to mention your mobile no. and order ref no.
• Upon receiving an email requesting cancellation, an acknowledgement is sent to the subscriber within 4 working days. It is requested that the subscriber ensures they have received the Acknowledgement or a phone call from istudyexams.com. You may want to check for an error in the email id in case of no response.
• Refund amount will be paid back online into the same account from which the payment was done.

Refund of Fees / Amount

• The subscription amount includes GST of 18%. Refund Amount will not include the GST amount as it is deposited to the Government. Nothing additional shall be paid by the service provider (www.istudyexams.com).
• Refunds shall be made to your bank account within 10 working days from the day of cancellation of the order.
• In the event your payment instrument/account through which the original payment was made is not active or does not support refunds, you shall be required to provide other bank account details belonging to you for processing the relevant refund.

Escalation:

If a refund is not made within 10 days then you can escalate the matter by sending an email to contact@istudyexams.com. Please allow us 48hrs of turnaround time to respond to your email.

Other Terms & Conditions

• If a Subscriber is terminated from the Course on account of any disciplinary action, then we shall not be liable for any refunds to you.
• Refunds shall be processed at the discretion of ‘istudyexams.com’.
